Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients in Minnesota. Responsibilities include equipment setup, patient education, and following orientation checklists while adhering to routes and safety standards.

Qualified candidates have a GED/high school diploma, at least one year of driving experience, a valid license, and the ability to lift heavy items and read DOT/FDA paperwork. On-call shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet DOT/FMC regulations.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work with restricted spaces.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and train patients on home medical equipment per orientation checklists.
• Follow routes and maintain schedules; ensure safety and compliance.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and comply with FDA protocols.
• Build positive relationships with patients and internal team.
• Participate in on-call rotations during evenings and weekends.
