Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team, delivering home medical equipment to patients, assisting with setup, and educating patients on proper use.

You will follow routes, maintain vehicle, and uphold safety and regulatory standards, including participating in on-call rotations. A GED or high school diploma, at least one year of professional driving, and a valid driver’s license are required. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean DOT/FMCSA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Follow complete patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain company-provided delivery vehicle, ensuring safety during loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relations with patients and internal team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and warehouse, adhering to all FDA protocols.
• Work on-call rotation during evening and weekend hours to address patient medical emergencies.
