Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team, ensuring safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients, with equipment setup and patient education.

You will follow routes, maintain a safe driving record, and build strong patient relationships while adhering to FDA/DOT regulations. This role requires lifting 50+ pounds and a valid driver's license; on-call shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be good with people, with excellent speaking and writing.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license for the appropriate class of vehicle.
• Read and understand DOT and FDA required paperwork.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds; lift up to 50+ with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to routes and schedules while ensuring safety.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and perform loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain relations with patients and internal team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicle and warehouse.
• Work on-call rotation during evenings and weekends for emergencies.
