Job summary

Youth Homes in Missoula, MT seeks a Home Manager for a part-time role (20-25 hours/week) to oversee a residential home for youth and manage the home budget. The position also coordinates meals, ensures facilities and equipment are in good order, and provides administrative support to the Program Director.

Responsibilities include delivering youth care as needed, planning day activities, and transporting youth in the company van, with benefits including health-related options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience working with at-risk youth in a paid or volunteer setting.
• A valid Montana Driver's License and insurable on the Youth Homes auto insurance.
