Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch in Colorado is seeking Mental Health Workers for group homes. You will provide supervised therapeutic services to youth with behavioral and emotional challenges within a safe environment, on assigned shifts and with some risk of personal danger.
Responsibilities include planning activities, collaborating on treatment goals, applying treatment modalities, supervising visits, transporting youth as needed, and participating in meetings and training to support
Mental Health Workers in the Group Homes work directly with youth in the program. Mental Health Workers provide supervised therapeutic services to youth with behavioral and emotional difficulties for the purpose of meeting the goals of each youth’s Treatment Plan in a safe and positive environment. Supervision is exercised over several youth on an assigned shift. Because an employee is this position is located in a work environment associated with unstable youth, the work may involve an element of personal danger.
Relief Positions: $17.12 - $19.27 per hour. Salary reflects steps 1-5 of an 11-step pay schedule. The starting salary will be determined based on the applicant’s education and relevant experience.
