Tuesday: 7:00am-5:00 pm
Wednesday: 7:00am-5:00 pm
Thursday: 7:00am-5:00 pm
Responsibilities include implementing, assessing, and evaluating individual program plans for residential services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental illness. This position will act as a manager to direct care staff. Additional job duties are listed in the job description that is attached.
The group home manger oversees the physical facility operations; managing and maintaining the residence to provide a safe, clean and comfortable home environment. Actively participates in and/or oversees all areas of care for all consumers in the home. Supervise and assist with training direct care staff, ensuring staff compliance with all agency policies and is responsible for carrying an on-call emergency phone in rotation with the sites assistant manager(s). The manager must be a strong team player and role model for staff and consumers. This position works in a team setting and reports directly to the Director of Client Services
