Qualifications

• Several years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, or skilled trades.
• Ability to scope work and manage multiple small jobs.
• Proficient in project and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for small-project clients.
• Assess requests and provide accurate estimates.
• Schedule and coordinate labor and subcontractors.
• Perform select repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Inspect completed work for quality control.
• Manage job documentation and invoicing.
• Handle warranty requests and punch-list follow-ups.
