Job summary

Stonewood LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for luxury residential projects in Minnesota. You will oversee all construction aspects, managing budgets and ensuring quality on-site. This role requires excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and the design team, with a focus on organization and detail in project management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in residential remodeling construction.
• Knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of budgets, change orders and POs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets and manage expenses.
• Handle material and service procurement.
• Supervise daily construction activities.
• Serve as the primary client contact leading meetings.
• Conduct quarterly project reviews.
