Job summary

PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital Company®, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator in Destin, FL to market and promote loan products to realtors, builders and clients, guiding borrowers from application to closing.

You will evaluate loan options, build relationships with real estate professionals, collect income data, ensure compliance, and manage the loan process while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and state-required licenses.
• Minimum 12 months loan originator experience.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates PrimeLending and other loan products to meet customer needs.
• Develops relationships with realtors, builders and bank officers to grow business.
• Markets PrimeLending financial products and maintains client relationships.
• Manages loan applications from intake to closing and ensures compliance.
• Collects income/assets/debts and explains loan options to customers.
• Monitors loan status and communicates with all parties involved.
