Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience or equivalent consultative sales experience with the ability to assess client needs and build relationships.
• Ability to listen actively to determine client goals and interact proactively with clients.
• Professional communication and confidence in engaging clients in person and over the phone.
• Analytical skills to assess financial data, explain product pricing, and gather required information.
• Strong customer service skills to manage end-to-end client experience and resolve issues.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills along with adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Energetic, team-oriented, and performance-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours when needed.
• Ability to learn technology and collaborate with internal partners for exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides specialized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients across borrowing and banking options.
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging bank capabilities.
• Analyzes client financial needs and applies knowledge to recommend suitable financial services.
• Presents home lending product solutions, submits mortgage applications, and assists with documentation.
• Maintains client communication through outbound calls, email, and online messaging throughout the loan process.
• Follows up with clients and referrals to meet evolving needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Partners with leaders to coach associates on delivering exceptional client experience.
