Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Furniture Sales/Home Decor Design or retail/customer service experience.
• Strong communication and client-relating skills.
• Proficiency with moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and a differentiated experience by engaging customers and offering elevated design services in-store, in-home, and virtually.
• Create elevated designs using moodboards and floor plans, and prepare product lists and presentations for customers.
• Lead design consultations in person, in-home, or via email/phone/virtual meetings.
• Deliver projects on time and within set timelines.
• Understand brand aesthetics, merchandising strategy, and product information to inform design decisions.
• Maintain exceptional product presentation and use tools/technology effectively.
• Develop long-lasting customer relationships through networking and clienteling.
