Job summary

A leading virtual tour company in Lexington, Kentucky, seeks licensed Home Inspectors for the role of Property Data Collector. This part-time position involves capturing property data and creating 360° virtual tours using advanced equipment. Ideal candidates should have experience in real estate or data collection, with a passion for customer service. Compensation is $60-$75 per hour with flexible hours and opportunities for more work. Must be willing to operate as an Independent Contractor and travel to various client locations.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience in real estate, data collection, or photography.
• Licensed Home Inspectors strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel and work in client homes.
