The role combines technical inspection work with customer service and follow-up sales to grow the business. A Home Inspector license or active pursuit is required, plus reliable transportation and strong communication.

What to Expect

• Field-Based Work: Majority of work performed on-site at residential properties across the Chattanooga area.
• Variety & Learning: Inspections will include structural elements, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems — every day is different.
• Client Interaction: Frequent direct contact with homeowners, buyers, and real estate agents; professional, friendly communication is essential.
• Reporting: Use company inspection software to create clear, photo-supported reports and deliver them within expected turnaround times.

Who You Are

• Technically Skilled: Hands-on construction experience and familiarity with residential HVAC and electrical systems.
• Certified or Licensed: Hold (or be actively pursuing) a Home Inspector certification/license as required by state or national standards.

Required Qualifications
