Chattanooga Home Inspector is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to manage scheduling operations while driving sales and marketing efforts in a hybrid role. You will handle calls, coordinate inspections, and promote our services across digital channels.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and comfortable working with inspectors, real estate professionals, and clients. Prior scheduling and sales experience, plus CRM familiarity, are preferred.

• 1+ year experience in scheduling and sales preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

The ideal candidate is comfortable handling customer calls, closing sales, and managing inspection schedules while sharing engaging content to increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Customer Service

• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule inspections efficiently through calls, texts, and emails.
• Communicate clearly with inspectors, clients, and real estate professionals.
• Actively participate in weekly company meetings.

Sales & Business Growth

• Maintain product knowledge to recommend and sell appropriate services.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into booked inspections.
• Implement direct sales strategies to maximize profitability.
• Track and report sales metrics and customer engagement.

Requirements & Skills

• (Preferred) 1+ year experience in scheduling, sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• CRM systems.
• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid role.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with hours subject to change based on business needs.
