Qualifications

• Current Home Inspector License (Ohio and/or Kentucky).
• Previous residential inspection experience.
• Commercial inspection experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer and mobile technology skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to access roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and other accessible areas.
