Job summary

AA Home Inspection is seeking experienced home inspectors to join a growing team serving Kentucky, Ohio, and beyond. We provide strong support, modern reporting software, and a collaborative environment designed to reduce administrative burden while allowing you to focus on inspecting and serving clients.

We welcome newly licensed inspectors and motivated individuals pursuing licensing who bring the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn to a professional, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed home inspector in OH and/or KY preferred.
• Experience with residential inspections preferred; new licensees considered.
• Strong communication and ability to access roofs, attics, crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential and commercial inspections.

Preferred

• Current Home Inspector License (Ohio and/or Kentucky)
• Previous residential inspection experience
• Commercial inspection experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills
