Qualifications

• Willingness to take home inspector classes to be licensed within 3-6 months.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to inspection site.
• Physically fit for climbing ladders, walking on roofs, accessing crawl spaces, and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Travel to home inspection site with inspector.
• Assist the home inspector on home inspections.
• Write up reports and take on-site photographs.
