Qualifications

• 5+ years of remodeling construction background or home maintenance repair experience required.
• Strong understanding of building codes, laws and government regulations.
• Personal vehicle with valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Physically fit for climbing ladders, walking on roofs, accessing crawl spaces and attics.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough home inspections and provide detailed reports.
• Travel to home inspection sites and inspect various systems.
• Suggest improvements and discuss potential code violations.
• Review plans to ensure compliance with building codes.
• Keep daily logs and take photographs during inspections.
