Magenta Care LLC in Novi, MI seeks a dedicated home infusion RN to deliver high-quality patient care in home settings. You will assess patients, coordinate care with physicians, and educate families on infusion therapy and safety.

Travel up to 1-2 hours outside Novi is required. Ideal candidates have MI RN license, 1 year infusion/ER/ICU experience, strong IV skills, and CPR/BLS certification, plus a valid MI driver's license and reliable transportation.

Formación

• Michigan RN license required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience in infusion, ER, or ICU.
• Strong IV insertion and administration skills.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Valid Michigan driver's license with proof of insurability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in the home setting and follow RN practice act.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to plan care.
• Facilitate initiation of care and admission processes.
• Advocate for patient rights, safety, and preferences.
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to the team.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy management and self-care.
