Qualifications

• MI Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Infusion, ER or ICU.
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and BLS certification.
• Current Michigan Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in home health, per the plan of care.
• Assess, document, and communicate changes in patient condition to the team.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for care plans.
• Facilitate start of care and admissions.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy management and self-care.
