Job summary

Magenta Care LLC is seeking a dedicated home infusion RN to deliver exceptional patient care in Wyoming, MI, with travel up to one to two hours outside the area. You will assess and manage infusion therapy, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians to ensure safe and effective care.

Requirements include MI RN license, 1 year RN experience (Infusion/ER/ICU), and BLS/CPR certification. Join our team to support patients in their homes with compassionate, privacy-respecting care.

Qualifications

• MI RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• CPR and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in home health within RN scope.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with family involvement.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop a care plan.
• Facilitate start of care during admission process.
• Advocate for patient rights, preferences and safety.
• Document and communicate changes to team and physicians promptly.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy management and self-care.
