Job summary

Magenta Care LLC is seeking an experienced home infusion RN to deliver high-quality patient care in the Detroit area. You will travel to client homes within a one- to two-hour radius, collaborating with physicians and the care team to implement individualized infusion plans.

The role requires MI RN licensure, 1 year of infusion/ER/ICU experience, and CPR/BLS certification. Strong IV skills and reliable transportation are essential for coordinating care across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Valid MI Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in infusion, ER, or ICU.
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Current Michigan driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in home settings, following the nursing plan of care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with family involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to tailor plans for each patient.
• Facilitate start of care and communicate changes promptly to the team.
