Job summary

CSI Pharmacy is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (Part-Time) to provide expert infusion care in patients' homes across Traverse City, Boyne City, and Cadillac, MI. The role supports pharmacists and clinicians, with duties including IV access, education, and precise record keeping.

The ideal candidate is an RN with infusion experience, able to travel to patient homes up to two hours from Traverse City. Pay ranges $50-60/hr DOE, with mileage reimbursement and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with Home Infusion experience and ability to travel.
• Experience with IV infusions, injections, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with documentation and pharmacy quality control.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform home infusion duties including IV access and education.
• Administer infusions and injections; monitor patients for reactions.
• Document infusion details and maintain accurate nursing records.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and clinicians to ensure safe care.
