Job summary

Dynamic Access LLC is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse in Trenton, NJ, to deliver patient‑centered infusion therapy at home and in other settings. The role requires a valid RN license and a minimum of 3 years in nursing, with strong IV skills and excellent patient care.

You will administer infusion therapies, assess patients during infusions, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective treatments.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
• Excellent IV skills and a passion for working with patients.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a home care setting.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
• Candidates must have excellent IV skills and enjoy working with patients.
• Preferred experience in hospital infusion therapy or critical care.
• Pediatrics and adult medical care expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer infusion therapies following physician orders and protocols.
• Assess and monitor patients during infusion for safety and efficacy.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, side effects, and self-care.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, including physical and psychosocial factors.
• Document patient care activities, treatment plans, and outcomes promptly and accurately.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with guidelines and best practices.
