Job summary

Liberty Nursing Agency Inc is seeking a dedicated Home Infusion Nurse to join our team in New Jersey. The role involves delivering infusion therapy directly to patients at their homes, promoting independent, patient-centered care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have an active NJ RN license, 1–2 years in infusion therapy, and proficiency with IV access devices, safety protocols, and documentation. A valid driver’s license and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
• 1–2 years of infusion therapy or related nursing experience.
• Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion, PICC line care, and central venous catheter management.
• Knowledge of infusion meds, dosing protocols, and adverse reactions.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV meds, fluids, and therapies in home settings.
• Assess and monitor patient responses; document findings.
• Insert, maintain, and troubleshoot PICCs, ports, and CVADs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and safety.
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards.
• Manage and restock infusion supplies for home visits.
