Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to deliver intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite under physician supervision. You will initiate and modify plans of care, administer medications, and educate patients and families to promote independence with prescribed therapies.

You must hold an active RN license, have CPR certification, and be willing to travel up to 100% of the time. Prior infusion nursing experience and BSN are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 1 year of nursing experience minimum.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.
• Travel up to 100% of the time for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Learns and maintains patient progress toward goals during home visits.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, educates patients and caregivers.
• Communicates with clinical team and physicians to ensure continuity of care.
• Completes timely documentation for billing and care planning.
