Job summary

BayCare HomeCare is recruiting a Home Health Infusion Field RN to deliver at-home infusion therapy, monitor patient responses, and educate patients and families in the Largo, FL area. You will work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on a full-time schedule with occasional weekends and on-call responsibilities.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in Florida, a current BLS certificate, and a valid Florida driver's license. The role emphasizes independent home care, infusion pumps, and sterile technique.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Florida driver's license must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Associate's or diploma in nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of the multi-disciplinary team providing care to the patient.
• Monitor therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplines.
• Ensure visits are authorized and covered by physician orders.
• Review patient visits weekly and plan with Patient Care Supervisor and team.
• Inform scheduler of schedule changes and communicate caseload issues.
