Job summary

CureCare is seeking an experienced Home Infusion RN to provide infusion therapy and nursing services in patients' homes across the region. The role offers per diem hours with potential for full-time benefits after meeting 32+ hours weekly for 3 months.

Requirements include an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of infusion experience. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to work independently in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state(s) of practice and CPR certification.
• Minimum 2+ years of general infusion experience in clinical care.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Proficient with peripheral IV insertion and infusion therapies.
• Covid vaccination preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients and provide infusion therapy, education, and monitoring.
• Establish and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed.
• Administer medications and assess for side effects.
• Maintain knowledge of infusion therapies and patient safety.
• Document patient history and clinical information in EMR.
• Assess patient suitability for home infusion and coordinate care.
• Provide skilled care as ordered and communicate patient response promptly.
