Palomacares in Beaumont, TX is seeking an experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurse to provide skilled infusion therapy in patients' homes across the Beaumont area. The RN travels to patient residences delivering safe, high-quality care per physician orders and agency policies.

The role includes IV medications, vascular access care, patient education, and thorough documentation, with flexible scheduling and local travel. Strong independence and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualificações

• Current Texas RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience.
• Competency in peripheral IV insertion and central-line care.
• Ability to travel within the Beaumont service area and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide home infusion therapy, including IV medications, biologics, IVIG, antibiotics, hydration, and other prescribed therapies.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after each infusion.
• Initiate and manage peripheral IV access and care for PICC lines, ports, and other vascular devices.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, infusion procedures, and signs requiring medical attention.
• Complete accurate electronic documentation and maintain infection-control standards in the home.
• Travel throughout the Beaumont service area for scheduled patient visits.
