Job summary

CureCare is seeking experienced Home Infusion RNs to join our team delivering infusion therapy in patients' homes across the Northeast. This per diem role offers flexibility and the opportunity to build your patient book while providing high-quality care.

Applicants should have an active RN license, valid driver's license, and at least 2 years of general infusion experience. Travel is required, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to commute to patient's house.
• Minimum 2+ years of infusion experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients and provide infusion therapy and education.
• Establish and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Document patient history and clinical information in EMR.
• Provide skilled care as ordered and communicate patient response promptly.
