Job summary

CureCare is seeking experienced Home Infusion RNs to join a flexible per diem team delivering infusion therapy in patients' homes across the Northeast. You’ll establish care plans, administer meds, monitor responses, and document care in the EMR.

Strong clinical skills, independence, and patient-centered approach are essential. Per diem with eligibility for full-time benefits after 32+ hours/week for 3+ months.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to commute to patient homes.
• Minimum 2+ years infusion experience in clinical care setting.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.
• Proficient with peripheral IV insertion and nursing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients, provide infusion therapy, education, and monitoring.
• Establish and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed.
• Administer medications, assess for side effects.
• Maintain knowledge of infusion therapies.
• Assess patient appropriateness for home infusion.
• Document patient history and clinical information.
• Provide skilled care as ordered.
• Communicate patient response to care promptly.
