Job summary

CureCare is seeking a Home Infusion RN on a per diem basis to deliver infusion therapy and nursing care in patients’ homes across the Northeast. The role requires building a patient book with at least 20 hours of availability per month and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to patients’ homes.
• Minimum 2+ years infusion experience in clinical care settings.
• Ability to work independently in home environment.
• Proficient with peripheral IV insertion and EMR documentation.
• Current CPR certification; Covid vaccination preferred but not mandatory.
• Home infusion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide infusion therapy and nursing care in patients' homes.
• Establish vascular access devices as prescribed.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Maintain knowledge of infusion therapies.
• Assess patient suitability for home infusion.
• Document patient history and clinical information.
• Provide skilled care as ordered.
• Communicate patient responses to care promptly.
