Job summary

CureCare, LLC is seeking Home Infusion RNs to deliver infusion therapy in patients' homes across the Northeast. You will provide skilled nursing care, education, and monitoring, while building a solid book of business with flexibility in a per diem role.

Eligible candidates have 2+ years of infusion experience, an active RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to work independently in home environments. Competitive hourly pay is experience-based.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted RN licensure in state(s) of practice.
Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to patient’s home.
Minimum 2+ years of general infusion experience in a clinical setting.
Ability to work independently in a home setting.
Ability to document nursing care using EMR documentation.
Proficient with peripheral IV insertion.
Current CPR Certification.
Covid vaccination preferred, but not mandatory.
Home Infusion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Build rapport with patients and provide infusion therapy, education, and monitoring.
Establish and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed.
Administer medications and assess for side effects.
Maintain knowledge of infusion therapies and home infusion eligibility.
Document patient history and clinical information.
Provide skilled care as ordered and communicate patient response to care.
