Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking an RN for Home Infusion Services to provide specialized nursing care and case management in patients' homes. Under Nursing Manager supervision, you will coordinate care, perform assessments, manage vascular access devices, and educate patients and caregivers to support safe, high-quality care.

The role requires two years of RN experience, proficiency with peripheral IVs and vascular access devices, and ability to travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of two years RN experience with peripheral IV and vascular access devices.
• Current Texas RN licensure; BLS cert; valid Texas driver’s license; ONCC/ONS chemotherapy certificate within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform home infusion nursing assessments and administer infusion therapy.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and educate patients and caregivers.
• Ensure vascular access device care and safety; monitor for adverse reactions.
