Option Care Health in the United States is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite, ensuring patient safety under a physician’s plan of care. This role requires an active, unrestricted RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Travel up to 75% is required; the position includes mentoring staff and participating in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 1–2 years of infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Preferred BSN; driving and vehicle required for travel.

Responsabilités

• Initiates and delivers intermediate direct patient care in home or infusion suite.
• Coordinates plan of care with physician and clinical team.
• Educates patients and families, documents in real time for billing.
• Mentors Infusion Nurse I’s and supports nursing supervision as needed.
• Participates in multidisciplinary team conferences and on-call duties.
