Job summary

Dynamic Access Llc seeks a Home Infusion RN in Portland, ME to deliver infusion therapies in patients' homes and other settings. You will assess, monitor, educate, and document care while collaborating with the care team to tailor treatments to individual needs.

Requirements include an active RN license, a minimum of 3 years in nursing, strong IV skills, and excellent communication. CRNI certification is a plus; pediatrics and adult medical care are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience required.
• Excellent IV skills and a passion for patient care.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in home care.
• Proficiency in electronic health record documentation (EHR).
• Previous hospital infusion or home infusion experience preferred.
• CRNI certification is a plus.
• Pediatrics and adult medical care expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer infusion therapies (IVIG, monoclonal antibodies, enzyme replacement, clotting factors) per physician orders.
• Assess and monitor patients during infusion to ensure safety and efficacy.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, side effects, and self-care.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals on care plans.
• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and tailor care to individual needs.
• Document care activities, treatment plans, and outcomes promptly.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with guidelines.
