Dynamic Access Llc in Boston, MA is seeking a Home Infusion RN to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes and other settings. This role focuses on infusion therapies such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies, requiring a valid RN license and strong IV skills.

You will assess patients, educate families, and collaborate with physicians and the infusion team to develop individualized care plans. The position reports to the Area Director of Infusion Services and offers a competitive hourly salary

Formación

Current and valid RN license.
Minimum of 3 years nursing experience required.
Excellent IV skills and a passion for working with patients.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) documentation.

Responsabilidades

Administer infusion therapies, including IVIG, monoclonal antibodies, enzyme replacement, and clotting factor, following physician orders and protocols.
Assess and monitor patients during infusion therapy for safety and efficacy.
Educate patients and families on infusion procedures, potential side effects, and self-care practices.
Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide comprehensive patient assessments to tailor care to individual needs.
Document patient care activities, treatment plans, and outcomes promptly and accurately.
