Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
• Excellent IV skills and patient focus.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams in home care.
• Proficient in EHR documentation.
• Experience in hospital infusion or home infusion preferred.
• CRNI certification is a plus.
• Pediatrics and adult medical care exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Administer infusion therapies following physician orders.
• Assess and monitor patients during infusion therapy.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and self-care.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other providers to develop care plans.
• Provide comprehensive patient assessments to tailor care.
• Document care activities, plans, and outcomes promptly.
