Job summary

Proclinical Group is seeking a Home Infusion Nursing Coordinator in Portland, ME to support a US-wide home-based infusion programme. The role involves nurse-led patient assessments, onboarding, and close collaboration with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality patient care and program success.

The candidate should have an active RN license, BSN preferred, and oncology experience. ONS Provider Card within 12 weeks is required; strong communication and change-management abilities will

Qualifications

Graduate or licensed nurse with current RN license in good standing.
Oncology care experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and empathy.

Responsibilities

Conduct nurse-led patient assessments to determine home-based suitability.
Support programme adoption, stakeholder engagement, training, and process improvement.
Collaborate with clinical, operational and reimbursement teams to implement and optimise the programme.
Deliver training and ongoing support to clinical teams to encourage adoption of workflows.
Monitor onboarding pipeline and address bottlenecks to maximise capacity.
