Job summary

Dynamic Access LLC is seeking a Home Infusion RN in Baltimore, MD to deliver infusion therapies at patients' homes and other settings. The role requires a valid RN license and at least 3 years of nursing experience, with strong IV skills and exceptional patient communication.

Qualifications

• RN license (required).
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• Excellent IV skills and passion for patient care.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in home care settings.
• Proficient in EHR documentation.
• Experience in critical care areas preferred.
• CRNI certification a plus.
• Pediatrics and adult medical care exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer infusion therapies (IVIG, monoclonal antibodies, enzyme replacement, clotting factors) per physician orders.
• Assess and monitor patients during infusion for safety and efficacy.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, side effects, and self-care.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinicians on care plans.
• Provide comprehensive patient assessments including physical and psychosocial factors.
• Document care plans and outcomes promptly.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with guidelines.
