Zusammenfassung

Amerita is seeking a Nursing role focused on transforming lives beyond the hospital walls. You will provide infusion nursing care 1:1 in patients' homes across Cobb, Fulton, Clayton, Douglas, Dekalb, and Gwinnett counties in the Atlanta area.

The schedule is weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with 20 hours per week and one on-call day per month. Full-time and part-time team members receive benefits including a 401(k) match, life/AD&D, disability coverage, and employee discounts.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience; infusion/home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Assess patients and establish and implement the Plan of Care.
• Adhere to policies and procedures for infusion nursing and state laws.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, providers, and patients to monitor therapies.
• Document patient care and manage venous access devices; draw labs if needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers; evaluate progress and adjust plans.
• Participate in on-call rotation and complete expense reports.
• Travel to patient homes for visits as required.
