Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Infusion and home health care experience preferred; IV therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and implements the Plan of Care.
• Adheres to infusion nursing policies and state regulations.
• Collaborates with pharmacy staff and providers to monitor therapies.
• Documents patient care in home setting.
• Manages vascular access devices and draws labs.
• Educates patients and caregivers.
