Job summary

Capstone Health is seeking a dependable Home Infusion Pharmacy Call Center Technician to support the medication refill process for home infusion patients. You will contact patients, complete refill assessments, obtain lab results, and prepare documentation in collaboration with pharmacists, nurses, and physicians.

This role requires accuracy, compassion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Registered with applicable State Board of Pharmacy where required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to document information accurately and maintain attention to detail.
• HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients to confirm medication and supply needs and upcoming dispense/delivery dates.
• Complete refill assessments and obtain required laboratory results and documentation.
• Coordinate delivery documentation and communicate with pharmacists, nurses, and physicians.
• Maintain accuracy in patient records and refill documentation, following SOPs and HIPAA rules.
• Provide professional, compassionate service and resolve patient concerns.
