Qualifications

• Registered with the applicable State Board of Pharmacy where required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact patients to confirm medication and supply needs.
• Confirm upcoming medication dispense and delivery dates.
• Complete patient refill assessments according to established procedures.
• Obtain laboratory results and clinical information needed for refills.
• Prepare refill documentation including records, tickets, and prescriptions.
• Escalate clinical questions to a pharmacist or nurse when appropriate.
• Answer and route incoming calls from patients and providers.
• Prioritize and organize daily patient tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and protect patient information.
