Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients to ensure proper delivery of medications for scheduled infusion appointments.
• Assists with determining patient availability for the Digital designation and educates on using the Digital platform.
• Ensures patients receive notifications and understand appointment schedules.
• Data enters relevant communications in progress notes of the pharmacy operating system.
• Assists with picking and packing products for shipping as requested.
• Attends meetings and supports business development efforts.
