Job summary

InfuCare Rx in New Jersey seeks a Pharmacy Service Representative to advocate for patients, ensuring prescribed therapies and care plans are followed in the home infusion setting.

You will communicate with patients about medication delivery, assist with patient education on the Digital platform, update demographics, and support data entry and shipping preparation in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required.
• Must possess a current and in good standing Pharmacy Technician license in state of employment.
• Specialty Pharmacy and Home Infusion Services experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products.
• Experience with information technology a plus.
• Have a drive for results, competitive spirit, and self-accountability for achievement of company goals.
• Clear, concise communication.
• Proven success across past career positions.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients to ensure proper delivery of medications.
• During communication with patients, understand how to properly complete assessment.
• Assists with determining patient availability for the Digital designation and will assist in education for the patient on using the Digital platform.
• Ensures that patients receive notifications and understand appointment schedule.
• Responds to patient calls timely and appropriately.
• Obtains and updates necessary patient demographic and related data according to policies and procedures.
• Data enters relevant communications in progress notes of pharmacy operating system.
• Assists with picking and packing products in preparation for shipping as requested.
• Attending meetings and other functions necessary to perform duties and assist in business. development for the Company, including assisting in launching a certain data collection software.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Proficient in computer program applications, knowledge, and skills.
