KabaFusion in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for our home infusion division. Provides safe and appropriate pharmacy services, dispenses medications and supplies, documents patient progress, and collaborates with clinicians to optimize therapy.

Requires BS in Pharmacy, current license, 2 years acute-care or home infusion experience, IV admixture knowledge. Competitive benefits and 401k are offered.

Competenze

• Pharmacy degree and active pharmacist license.
• Minimum two years' experience in acute-care or home infusion.
• Experience with intravenous admixture and compounding.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and nurses.
• Strong documentation and drug information skills.
