Always Compassionate Health is seeking highly experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurses to deliver chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologic, and other advanced therapies in patients' homes across NYC - Manhattan. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of recent hands-on chemotherapy and immunotherapy experience, and hold an ONCC certification.

Formación

• Active NY RN license and registration.
• 3–4 years of recent chemotherapy and immunotherapy experience.
• ONCC certificate or equivalent ONCC credential.
• Infusion experience in home health or oncology settings.
• Competent with chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologics infusion.
• Strong venous-access and central-line skills.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to visit patients' homes.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments in the patient’s home.
• Review and interpret physicians’ orders and treatment plans.
• Prepare and administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologic therapies.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Recognize infusion reactions and initiate interventions as needed.
• Perform peripheral IV insertion and phlebotomy.
• Access and manage PICCs, midlines, central venous catheters, ports.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment, meds, and safety.
• Communicate with families, pharmacies, physicians, and staff.
• Complete accurate electronic documentation and follow-up visits.
