Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking a Per diem Registered Nurse for Home Infusion to insert, monitor, and remove IVs in patients’ homes. You will assess vitals, document care, and coordinate with Nursing Directors and staff to ensure timely therapy starts and quality care.

The role requires travel to patient homes, strong communication, and multitasking within a clinical home-care setting. Competitive pay and compliance with healthcare standards are provided.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college.
• IV certification & experience in central line care and management.
• Current state RN license required; multi-state licensure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits per RXs and protocols.
• Coordinate SOC and nursing visits with patients and agencies.
• Enter therapy administration reports and email to team.
• Review nurses notes for accuracy and complete documentation.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and field personnel regarding patient needs.
