LUX Infusion is seeking a Part-Time Per Diem Infusion Nurse to provide home infusion care. The RN will insert, monitor and remove IV therapy, perform phlebotomy as needed, and document patient care.

Travel to patient homes and infusion suites is expected, with scheduling coordinated by Nursing Directors and the Nursing Coordinator. Qualifications include an accredited nursing degree, RN license in the posting location, IV certification, CPR, and 2+ years RN experience.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Current state RN license in posting location required.
• IV certification and experience in central line care and management required.
• CPR certification required.
• Home care, critical care, emergency nursing, AIC or hospital discharge planning experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Schedule nursing visits in accordance with RXs and protocols.
• Coordinate SOC and ongoing nursing visits with patient and Nursing Agency/RN.
• Ensure accurate nursing notes including drugs, dosing and times.
• Communicate with families and staff regarding patient needs and scheduling.
• Perform nursing duties including IV insertion, administration and monitoring in patient residences.
